We gather wild and fragrant elderflower blossoms from high in the Italian Alps, capture their nectar, and subtly blend with infusions of mint, lime, and lemon to create the delicate, floral flavours and zesty finish of Fiorente: a perfectly balanced and versatile elderflower liqueur.

Fiorente Elderflower liqueur only contains sucrose, a sugar directly extracted from plants and does not contain glucose, which often gives liqueurs their  ­­syrupy after-taste. The result is a perfectly balanced elderflower liqueur, making it the perfect mixer in cocktails. Bartenders from around the world love Fiorente for its versatility. Fiorente can be used in an aperitivo or as a modifier in other cocktails, giving them a floral character.

Our Master Distiller has chosen to balance elderflower's fresh, aromatic taste with infusions of mint, citrus and lime for a fresh, crisp finish.

Purity woven from 

natural ingredients

           Like combining essential oils to create the perfect fragrance, Fiorente is a weaving together of 100% natural distillates and infusions. 

Fresh mint and lemon peel are infused separately then distilled together. This is the first step in creating the fresh, citrusy aromas for which Fiorente is renowned. 

Distillation turns the infusion into a crystal-clear liquid that glows with a light golden hue. Our Master Distiller then creates the blend, combining the elderflower infusion and the mint and lemon peel distillate. Finally, lemon juice and lime juice are added as the final touch, making the taste of Fiorente genuinely unique.  

All the plant-based ingredients that go into the making of Fiorente are entirely natural, including the alcohol, which is distilled to our exact purity specifications. These few simple and natural ingredients make our liqueur Vegan friendly.

Fiorente is produced at our Distillerie Francoli, located in Ghemme, a small town in Piemonte, Italy, close to the Italian Alps. This is a region with some of the purest air and cleanest waters in Europe. 

Family distillers since 1875, we are the first-ever grappa distillery to be officially certified Impatto Zero® (Zero Environmental Impact) by Lifegate, the reference for sustainability in Italy. 

All heat used in our distillation process is obtained entirely from vegetable waste matter, contributing to our 100% carbon neutrality.

THE FIORENTE SPRITZ

Ingredients: 

50mL Fiorente Elderflower Liqueur 

100mL Prosecco  

50mL Soda water

2 thick lime wedges

Mint leaves to garnish

Method: 

Build in a wine or rocks glass over cubed ice. 

Garnish with a mint sprig.

TASTING NOTES

Appearance:

Vibrant light yellow with golden highlights

Nose: 

The aromas are delightfully floral with the freshness of elderflowers.

Taste:

The taste is clean and zesty due to the addition of lemon peel and mint in the infusion.
